Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Technical Instructor to develop and deliver training for customers and colleagues. You will prepare courses, materials, and hands-on sessions, ensuring learners gain a strong understanding of Terma's solutions.

The role involves 5–8 weeks of international on-site training annually, with the remainder based in Lystrup, Denmark, collaborating closely with teammates to ensure high-quality training experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with teaching or training, ideally in a technical environment.
• Previous industry experience in a technical role before transitioning into teaching.
• A technical education (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar) is required.
• Solid technical understanding and ability to simplify complex topics for learners.
• Teaching experience from HTX, Marine and Technical Engineering College, Technical College or similar.
• Pedagogical/didactic education is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized technical training to customers and internal teams (primarily in English).
• Develop and maintain teaching materials, manuals, digital platforms, LMS and course content.
• Prepare and conduct classroom-based and hands-on training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with course participants and support their learning journey.
• Travel internationally to conduct on-site training at customer facilities.
