Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark, is seeking a Manager to lead our Radar Mechanical Team in a high-tech defense/aerospace environment. You will oversee mechanical design, development and delivery while balancing cost, quality and timelines.

You will lead ~8 engineers, mentor the team, drive cross-functional collaboration with product management, manufacturing and quality assurance, and push continuous improvements across the development lifecycle. English fluency is required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of mechanical teams in high-tech environments.
• Strong background in mechanical design, development and project execution.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus but not required.
