Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Solution Engineer to launch Sphera in the market, joining a cross-functional team spanning Sales, R&D, and live customer operations. The role includes leading a dedicated Demo & Hyper-Care task force for the new 3D drone detection radar, with 75–100 travel days per year across Europe and beyond.

You will work with state-of-the-art radar and C2 technology, contributing to deployments in Denmark and Europe while maintaining a strong customer focus and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree or similar field.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not required.
• Experience with radar solutions or systems-of-systems is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact radar demonstrations at customer sites and European exhibitions.
• Drive on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of the Sphera radar system.
• Ensure rapid issue resolution, system maintenance, and performance upgrades after installation.
• Capture feedback and technical insights from the field and bring them back to R&D to help shape future product development.
