Job summary

Terma Group seeks a Solution Engineer in Customer Solutions to bridge customers and Terma's radar organization. You will translate needs into practical, verified solutions and lead technical aspects of bids while collaborating with Sales, PM, R&D and Customer Services.

The role blends systems engineering, customer interaction, solution design, and technical leadership with opportunities for learning and development. Travel is ~30–50 days annually.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering degree or similar technical education.
• Strong written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define, document and verify customer solutions based on Terma’s radar portfolio.
• Translate customer needs into system and solution requirements.
• Support sales activities with technical presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Take responsibility for the technical aspects of bids and tenders.
• Provide technical advice throughout projects, from solution definition to verification and acceptance.
• Support service technicians and project teams with technical expertise.
• Participate in testing, demonstrations and verification at customer sites (airports, ports, naval platforms).
