Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, ensuring capabilities and competencies for current and future growth.
• Manage mechanical development projects with planning, estimates, schedules, budgets, and risk controls.
• Partner with product management, manufacturing, QA and other stakeholders to define requirements and priorities; mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvements to engineering processes, productivity, and quality.
• Create and update technology roadmaps aligned with product roadmaps and market needs.
