Job summary

Terma A/S in Aarhus is seeking a Solution Engineer to launch the new 3D radar (Sphera) and support its deployment across Denmark and Europe. You will work at the interface of Sales, R&D, and live customer operations, with a dedicated demo and hyper-care task force and significant travel.

Ideal candidates have engineering training or hands-on radar experience, strong customer skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or a similar field or a background as an experienced technician with hands‑on radar knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute radar demonstrations at customer sites and European exhibitions.
• Drive on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of the Sphera radar system.
• Ensure rapid issue resolution, system maintenance, and performance upgrades after installation.
• Capture feedback and technical insights from the field and bring them back to R&D to influence future development.
