Job summary

Bühler Group in Denmark seeks a Quotation Specialist who combines technical understanding with commercial insight. You will prepare and manage competitive quotations for our Customer Service business, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Shipping and Finance to convert requirements into strong proposals aligned with pricing strategy.

Key tasks include analysing customer needs, reviewing cost and price calculations, and generating quotes in Navigator or SAP, while ensuring correct payment terms

Qualifications

• Diploma from upper secondary school in electrical or mechanical field.
• Solid technical understanding of machinery and maintenance processes.
• Strong customer focus and ability to understand customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong networking skills.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Continuous improvement mindset with openness to change.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Ability to understand and adapt to different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Technical and commercial responsibility for CS quotes (service projects and modifications).
• Technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements with Sales and Engineering.
• Review of cost and selling price calculations.
• Preparation of quotations in Navigator or SAP.
• Collaboration with CS Sales, Engineering, Shipping, and Finance to ensure accurate quotes.
• Clarify payment terms, Incoterms, and shipping conditions with customers.

As a Quotation Specialist, you will prepare and manage competitive quotations for our Customer Service business. Working closely with regional SAS branches and colleagues across CS Sales, Engineering, Shipping, and Finance, you will turn customer requirements into accurate and commercially strong proposals that align with our pricing strategy.

• Technical and commercial responsibility for CS quotes (service projects and modifications)
• Technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements and project opportunities in coordination with Sales and Engineering
• Review of cost and selling price calculations
• Preparation of quotations in Navigator or SAP
• Works closely with the CS Sales, Engineering, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure that all quotes are prepared correctly and effectively
• Commercial clarification of payment terms, Incoterms, and shipping conditions with customers / SAS
