Job summary

Bühler Gruppe is seeking a Learning & Training Specialist to design, coordinate and deliver digital, classroom, and hands-on training for customers and employees worldwide, focusing on biscuit production lines.

You will translate complex technical knowledge into practical learning solutions, collaborate with experts, and ensure programs meet Bühler standards while evolving with CF Academy guidelines. Travel approximately 30% and English and Danish are required.

Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and turning technical knowledge into practical training solutions that support customer success?

The Consumer Foods Academy equips Bühler employees and customers with the skills to operate, maintain, and optimize our biscuit machines and production lines. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver digital, classroom, and hands-on training programs for internal and external audiences. Working closely with experts and technicians, you will translate complex technical knowledge into practical learning solutions that drive professional development and operational excellence.

Please note that this role can be based in either Denmark or Austria.

This is where you'll excel

• Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training courses for Bühler customers and employees worldwide, in line with CF Academy guidelines and Bühler standards.
• Develop modern, interactive training modules for internal and external target groups, including technicians, engineers, operators, and maintenance personnel.
• Tailor training content and methods to defined learning objectives, combining theoretical and practical knowledge for biscuit production lines.
• Create and maintain training materials, such as presentations, video tutorials, and interactive learning modules.
• Review and update training concepts in close collaboration with the CF Academy lead, and support related communication and promotional activities.

These are the skills you'll need

• Technical education or training, such as an apprenticeship, technical college qualification, university degree, or relevant experience in a technical environment.
• Strong hands‑on technical mindset with a passion for practical work on machinery and equipment.
• Strong ability to structure and explain complex technical topics clearly, with motivation to share knowledge in classroom or virtual training settings.
• Hands‑on interest in machines, production environments, technical processes, and modern learning formats.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and experience or interest in creating e‑learnings.
• Strong English and Danish skills; German is an advantage.
• Structured, independent, and precise working style with a positive, confident, and approachable communication style.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, including international travel as required.
