Job summary

Nobia, a leading European kitchen specialist, is seeking a QHSE Manager to join the team in Ølgod, Denmark. This on-site role includes reporting to the Supply Chain Director Denmark and leading a small team to drive safety, quality and environmental initiatives across the organization.

You will manage daily QHSE operations, develop action plans to reduce customer claims, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, R&D, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a QHSE function in a complex organization.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Formal training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Auditor training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QHSE function daily.
• Identify root causes of claims and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Oversee internal audits and energy management.
• Ensure ESG requirements are met and align with the Sustainability Group.
• Collaborate with management, Customer Service, Sourcing, and R&D.
