Job summary

Nobia Denmark is seeking a Process & Management System Specialist to strengthen the QHSE team in Ølgod. You will drive development and maintenance of our management systems, coordinating audits and improving documentation, training materials, and tools across the Nordic organization.

Based on strong ISO 9001 expertise, you will partner with Production, Sales, and Management, ensuring high standards and user-friendly processes.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting internal audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and its application.
• Ability to coordinate documentation and training materials.
• Experience with management systems and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve management systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate audits across ISO standards and FSC requirements.
• Develop templates, tools, and support materials for system usability.
• Collaborate with QHSE colleagues to develop and maintain the Canea system.
