Job summary

Nobia Denmark is seeking a Process & Management System Specialist to join the QHSE team in Ølgod. The role focuses on developing and maintaining QHSE systems, coordinating audits, and improving processes across the organization.

You will work closely with Production, Sales, and Management to drive standardization and quality, with around 20 travel days per year. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional projects, ensure effective use of management systems, and support documentation and

Qualifications

• Experience conducting internal audits.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with ISO 9001.
• Lead Auditor certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience managing projects from planning to implementation.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and continuously improve Nobia Denmark's management systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate key tasks within the management system for Nobia Denmark.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across ISO standards and FSC requirements.
• Develop tools, templates, and support materials to enhance system usability.
