Qualifications

• Several years of experience leading a QHSE function.
• Strong project management skills.
• Technical background, preferably as an engineer.
• Auditor training in ISO standards is an advantage.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QHSE function and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
• Identify root causes of claims and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Manage internal audits and energy management initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, and service.
