Job summary

You will coordinate and administer Q/OHS activities, manage documentation and reports, analyze data on safety performance, and assist with training and stakeholder follow-up.

Qualifications

• You are a university student pursuing a Bachelors or Masters.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Interest in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Highly structured with attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Available for 12 hours per week, in Lyngby office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer Q/OHS activities, ensuring effective execution of related initiatives.
• Manage Q/OHS documentation, reports, registers, statistics, and follow-up actions to support compliance and operational requirements.
• Analyze and report data related to resource management, quality, and health & safety performance.
• Maintain process documentation, systems, templates, and supporting materials, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, training programs, communication activities, and stakeholder follow-up, including internal communications and news publishing.
• Provide administrative and operational support across Q/OHS functions, including system administration, mailbox management, practical coordination, ad hoc assignments, and other tasks as directed.
