Job summary

COWI is seeking a Q/OHS Student Assistant to support Health, Safety, Process and Quality activities within our Process & Quality team. You will apply your study knowledge to practical tasks and help ensure compliance and operational excellence.

The role is part-time (12 hours per week) with the Lyngby office, ideal for a university student who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about occupational health and safety within an engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant university degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis and management.
• Interest in Occupational Health & Safety and process quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer Health, Safety, Process and Quality (Q/OHS) activities.
• Manage Q/OHS documentation, reports and registers.
• Analyze and report data related to quality and safety performance.
• Maintain process documents and supporting materials, contributing to improvements.
• Coordinate meetings, training, and stakeholder communications.
