Job summary

Nobia Denmark is seeking a Process & Management System Specialist to join the QHSE team in Ølgod. You will coordinate and develop our management systems, spanning ISO 9001 and FSC requirements, with a focus on practical, accessible processes.

This on-site role involves cross-functional collaboration with Production, Sales, Management and support functions, driving audits, improvements, and documentation across the Nordic organization.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting internal audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience managing projects from planning to implementation.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and continuously improve our management systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate key tasks within the management system across the organization.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across ISO standards and FSC requirements.
• Develop tools, templates, and support materials to enhance system usability.
