Job summary

Topsoe is seeking a Student Assistant in the Rewards team within Global HR in Denmark. You will support analytical insights, documentation and vendor management while gaining exposure to compensation and benefits processes across countries.

The role offers flexible hours around 15 per week with potential peak periods during exams. Ideal candidates are university students in Finance, HR, Business Admin, Data or IT, experienced with Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at a Danish university in Finance, HR, Business Administration, Data or IT.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent English; Danish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce analytical insights, communication materials and vendor management aligned with priorities.
• Benchmark internal and external compensation and benefits practices.
• Develop and maintain training materials for managers on policy and deployment across countries.
• Create reports and analytics based on employee lifecycle data.
• Assist in updating HRIT solutions for annual activities.
• Collaborate across HR functions.
