Job summary

Nobia Denmark is seeking a Process & Management System Specialist to join the QHSE team in Ølgod. The role involves leading cross-functional projects to improve our management systems, coordinating audits, and enhancing tools such as Power Apps and SharePoint across the Nordic organization.

On-site in Ølgod with about 20 travel days yearly. You will drive continuous development, standardize processes, and act as a primary contact for external auditors, collaborating with Production, Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience conducting internal audits and coordinating audit programs.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or willing to obtain certification.
• Experience managing projects from planning to implementation.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to develop and continuously improve management systems.
• Support the organization in the effective use of management systems and business processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across ISO standards and FSC requirements.
• Develop tools and templates to enhance system usability and support materials.
