Job description

Requisition ID 1355 - Posted - Lystrup - Denmark - Full Time - Entry level

Would you like to be part of bringing new products from development into production? Then join our New Product Introduction (NPI) department and make a real difference!

We are facing an exciting future with considerable growth and demanding changes, as we deliver advanced technologies and mission critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry. Our systems provide security for people on land, at sea and in the air. Therefore, we are looking for a Project Management Assistant to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team

As our new Project Management Assistant, you will be the coordinating link between Product Development and Electronics Manufacturing (EMF). You will work closely with and assist our three Project Managers and bring together the people involved when a new product moves towards production.

You will keep track of activities, priorities, risks and deadlines across several product flows and make sure that the right people are involved at the right time. You will coordinate with engineers, production, planning, supply chain and test, support prototype builds and the first production runs, and make sure actions, data and documentation are followed through to completion.

You will be a central point of contact in the process, helping turn plans into action and making sure new products are ready for production.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

You will support and assist Project Management in NPI within Electronics Manufacturing (EMF), acting as the link to Product Development. You will help bring new products into production by coordinating activities, people and priorities across the organization. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate NPI activities with Project Managers, following up on progress, risks, priorities and process improvements
  • Establish and coordinate cross‑functional project groups with design and development engineers, manufacturing and process engineering, planning, supply chain, test and management
  • Support manufacturing engineers and operators with lab models and prototypes, including data collection and documentation, and initiate Production Readiness Reviews (PRR) for 0‑series production
  • Provide status reporting to management and stakeholders and ensure NPI actions are completed and closed
  • Maintain dialogue with business area management and external customers on technical and quotation‑related matters
  • Coordinate the Hyper Care period when needed, including the 0‑series and first production run
Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English and Danish (mandatory) both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Moreover, we are also looking for someone who can coordinate across several areas, keep an overview and make sure things move forward. We imagine that you bring:

  • Experience from a similar project management/-assistant or coordination role
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing disciplines or a related technical field
  • A hands‑on approach and are comfortable working in both the lab and on the production floor
  • A structured and systematic way of working with a strong focus on quality, cost and practical solutions
  • The ability to manage several tasks and priorities – both executing and finalizing
  • A calm and clear communication style, also when things get busy

As a person, you are calm, structured and good at keeping an overview when things get busy. You enjoy working with different people, getting things moving and seeing your work turn plans into real results. You take responsibility, follow things through to the end and are not afraid to ask questions, speak up or challenge something when needed.

We are an international company representing world‑class expertise, delivering complex and high‑tech products. We value our colleagues and our meaningful contributions to securing people through advanced technology. You will also experience that we have a strong focus on your development, teaching you useful new competences and further strengthening current ones, both professionally and personally.
