Terma A/S is seeking a Production Manager to lead one or two skilled teams of Coordinators and Shop Floor Engineers across three shifts, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient daily operations. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in production leadership, strong Lean knowledge, and proven change management experience.

As our new Production Manager, you will take ownership of one-two skilled and committed teams of specialized Coordinators and Shop Floor Engineers, working across three different shifts as well as weekend shifts, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional support departments to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure smooth operations across the production process. Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are looking for a new colleague who also possesses:

• A relevant educational background in leadership, with the ability to lead and develop teams, create direction, and ensure commitment
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leadership within a production environment with solid understanding of manufacturing environments, including LEAN principles, quality, and production flow
• Experience in change management, driving and implementing improvements and changes in production
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
• Empathetic communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and create psychological safety within the team
