As our new Management Assistant, you will support five Vice Presidents across our Research & Development (R&D) organization and play a key role in making their day-to-day activities run smoothly, ensuring an efficient and well-organized environment.
You will be a central point of coordination and help create structure across calendars, meetings, travel, communication, and the many practical activities surrounding the R&D leadership team. Your days will be varied, and you will often be the person connecting the dots, following up, and making sure that practical details are taken care of.

The position is part of the Integrated Product Development (IPD) Business Management department and reports to the CTO's Executive Assistant & Office Manager. You will work closely with colleagues across R&D and the wider organization in a collaborative and supportive environment built on trust, teamwork, and open communication.
