Job summary

Terma is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure reliability and compliance across international space projects. You will prevent defects, support on-time delivery, and work in the global QHSE function with a small QA team in Lystrup.

You will attend design, manufacturing, and qualification reviews, lead corrective actions for non-conformities, and report quality metrics to customers. Fluency in English is required; Danish is a plus.

• Experience in product quality assurance and quality standards.
• Nice to have: 8D, FMEA, root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create project-specific quality assurance plans for space projects.

Your role in our team

Terma produces mission-critical equipment where quality and reliability are of utmost importance. As part of the independent Quality-function you will take a key role by preventing defects, ensuring compliance, and supporting on-time delivery of high reliability products to our customers.

You will be part of our global QHSE function where we are 90 dedicated colleagues, and in your daily job you will be part of a small Quality Assurance (QA) team working with the Space Systems in Lystrup.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• Creation of project specific product quality assurance plans for space projects
• Attend product design, manufacturing, and qualification reviews internally and with customers
• Participate in the analysis of product non-conformities, lead technical investigations, and define corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee and approve product qualification and testing activities
• Participating in project review meetings with customers
• Responsible for project quality reporting in projects to customers
• Continuous improvements and updates of quality related documents and business processes
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in product design, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

• You hold a degree in electronics or experience from the electronics industry
• You have experience working on international projects and in a customer-facing roles.
• Experience in product quality assurance and quality standards

Experience within any of the following, will be considered a plus (nice to have):

• Experience with quality analysis tools (8D, FMEA, Root cause analysis)
• Knowledge of standards used in Space industry is an advantage
