We are facing an exciting future with considerable growth and demanding changes, as we deliver advanced technologies and mission critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry. Our systems provide security for people on land, at sea and in the air. Therefore, we are looking for a Continuous Specialist to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.
As our new Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will help drive continuous improvement maturity across the organization and ensure that improvements are executed, implemented and anchored. In this role, you will analyze and develop key business areas to create measurable improvements and support the consistent application of continuous improvement methods across a global setup.
You will also play an important part in embedding continuous improvement capabilities through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement, helping the organization adopt new practices and ways of working.
This role also includes some travel to other locations, such as Grenaa, Darmstadt, or Leiden, giving you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the organization.
You will become part of a small and diverse team of three colleagues with strong expertise in Lean and Six Sigma, including Master Black Belt capabilities. The team works in a collaborative and globally oriented environment, with a shared focus on driving continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, best practices, and strong professional expertise.

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish or German is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:
