Job summary

HARMAN International is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to drive product knowledge, support training, and field feedback analysis. The role emphasizes translating complex product and process information into clear guidance for Helpdesk teams and agents, ensuring accurate information is available for frontline staff.

You will work within a Product Support team that covers cradle-to-grave product knowledge, training, and escalation support.

Qualifications

Professional working proficiency in English.
At least 3 years of technical support from similar business.
High level knowledge in Excel and Word.
Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment.
Results-driven and customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Summarize and highlight key product feedback from the field for leadership and relevant departments.
Maintain regional support pages, Salesforce Service Cloud, Chatbot and knowledge base with product information.
Gather product feedback from Support interactions and coordinate with departments for action.
Assist with NPI process tracking in collaboration with regional teams.
Create product knowledge in Salesforce and support training materials.
