You will translate regulations into development tasks, document requirements, and contribute to testing and knowledge sharing. Strong communication in English and agile mindset are essential for success in this role in Roskilde.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down business problems and propose actionable solutions.
• Business acumen and understanding of customer needs, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of functional and non-functional requirements and how they translate to system behavior.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to keep stakeholders informed.
• Experience writing business procedures, user guides, and requirement specifications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the product owner and customers to understand needs and deliver solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Analyse business challenges, define actionable solutions, and translate regulations into development tasks and user stories.
• Document procedures, prepare requirement specs, and create user guides for banks and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA to clarify requirements and ensure thorough testing.
• Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
