BEC invites you to join the Post Trade Harmonization Initiative, shaping post-trade solutions for member banks. You will work directly with customers to define needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams across BEC and with external stakeholders.

You will translate regulations into development tasks, document requirements, and contribute to testing and knowledge sharing. Strong communication in English and agile mindset are essential for success in this role in Roskilde.

Job description

You will join our Post Trade Program and work with the newly established Post Trade Harmonization Initiative. The program addresses post-trade harmonization requirements and develops future solutions for our member banks, enabling them to make well-informed decisions and remain compliant.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with customers to define their needs. You will also collaborate with teams across BEC and engage with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating professional and constructive dialogue.

Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

• Engage with the product owner and customers to understand their needs and deliver service-minded solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Analyse business challenges, define actionable solutions, and translate regulations into development tasks and user stories.
• Document procedures and decisions, prepare requirement specifications, and create user guides for banks and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA specialists to clarify requirements, align priorities, and ensure solutions are thoroughly tested.
• Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Facilitate professional communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed you will have:

• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify actionable solutions.
