Job summary

BEC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Post-Trade Delivery program in Denmark. You will work with customers to define their needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams across BEC to deliver compliant post-trade solutions.

You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable tasks, document decisions, and lead meetings to ensure stakeholders stay informed. Strong English communication and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems and identify actionable solutions.
Understanding of customer needs, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication in English.
Experience writing business procedures, user guides, requirement specifications, and decision documentation.
Familiarity with agile methods and translating regulations into user stories.

Responsibilities

Engage with product owner and customers to understand needs and deliver service-minded solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.
Analyse business challenges, define actionable solutions, and translate regulations into development tasks and user stories.
Document procedures and decisions, prepare requirement specifications, and create user guides for banks and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA to clarify requirements and ensure solutions are thoroughly tested.
Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Facilitate professional communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
