Impact Fund Denmark is seeking an analytical professional to join People & Culture as a data-driven contributor. You will work across analytics, reward and talent, translating data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations that support organizational decisions.
We value curiosity, strong Excel skills, and the ability to turn research into clear conclusions. The role is hybrid, with collaboration across the Head of People & Culture and colleagues in HR, Operations and Recruitment.
Impact Fund Denmark, officially known as IFU (the Investment Fund for Developing Countries), is a Danish state-owned impact investor dedicated to contributing to green, just and inclusive societies while supporting the Sustainable Development Goals. Established as a strategic instrument of Danish development policy, Impact Fund Denmark provides risk capital to companies operating across developing countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and parts of Europe. The organization operates on commercial terms, offering equity investments, loans and guarantees to businesses in developing markets. Impact Fund Denmark has established a significant track record, having co-invested in over 1,300 companies across more than 100 developing countries and emerging markets. The organization’s contracted investments total EUR 31 billion, with Impact Fund Denmark contributing EUR 3.4 billion of this amount. This investment activity reflects the organization’s substantial presence and influence in development finance. Capital under management at Impact Fund Denmark is experiencing significant growth, expanding from EUR 2.1 billion to EUR 5.0 billion over the coming years. This expansion reflects the organization’s growing role in directing capital toward sustainable and inclusive development initiatives. The organization’s investment focus spans green energy and infrastructure, financial services, sustainable food systems and healthcare in developing countries, all aligned with global sustainable development objectives.
As Impact Fund Denmark continues to grow and professionalize, the organization is seeking to ground more of its people and organizational decisions in evidence, data and a clear understanding of what drives behaviour and performance. To achieve this objective, a new role is being created at the intersection of People Analytics, Reward and Talent management. The role welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds. You may already work in HR and be looking to build deeper analytical expertise, or you may come from organizational psychology, economics, analytics or a related field and want to apply your skills in a People & Culture setting. What matters most is that you are curious about how organizations work, comfortable working with data, and able to turn analysis into useful insights and practical recommendations while taking pride in contributing to meaningful organizational impact. You will report to the Head of People & Culture. Your role is to help the organization understand itself better and use that understanding to make better decisions. Your work will span analytics, reward and talent across multiple dimensions of the organization’s people strategy. During your first year, progress is expected in five key areas: clearer and more useful People reporting and analytics, compensation processes supported by reliable analysis and market data, employee survey data translated into meaningful insights, People initiatives grounded in evidence with clear purpose and intended outcomes, and concise analytical support enabling better decision-making by People & Culture and leadership. This is an individual-contributor role within People & Culture, working closely with the Head of People & Culture and colleagues responsible for People Partnering, Operations and Recruitment. The scope is intentionally broad enough for you to grow and develop, with a professional core focused on using data and evidence to improve people and organizational decisions.
