Caiman AI is hiring an SDR to drive outbound outreach and booking product demonstrations for car dealerships across Europe. You will identify key contacts, generate interest in the AI-powered platform, and hand off warm leads to the next stage.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or call centre is a plus but not required.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Friendly, confident and reliable with a target-driven mindset.
• Able to be measured against clear KPIs and perform against them.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound phone acquisition all day with energy and enthusiasm.
• Call car dealerships across the UK and identify the right contacts.
• Spark interest in Caiman AI and book qualified product demos.
• Hand warm leads to the demo/closing process or help close deals yourself.
• Keep contacts and activities organised in the CRM and monitor performance metrics.
