Job summary

Teceze is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. The role covers desktops, laptops, printers, and AV systems, with a focus on high-touch end-user support and adherence to SLAs.

You will handle IMAC activities, hardware/software troubleshooting, inventory management, and vendor coordination while supporting Office 365 and mixed Mac/Windows environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
• Hands-on hardware support experience.
• Basic DHCP, DNS and LAN networking knowledge.
• Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Office 365 support and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software according to standards.
• Perform IMAC activities for IT assets.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including break-fix tasks.
• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for repairs and escalations.
• Maintain IT inventory with asset tracking and documentation.
• Image systems for laptops and desktops as needed.
• Assist with printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installs.
• Support conference room setups, AV and meeting room tech.
• Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.
• Support Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot compliance/security software.
• Support Mac devices alongside Windows systems.
• Adhere to SLAs and document incidents and resolutions.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and after-hours support when required.
