Job summary

ITProposal seeks an on-site Field Service Technician to deliver professional technical support at customer sites. You will diagnose faults, replace parts, and maintain clear communication with customers while adhering to Dell procedures and safety standards.

You will use mobile tools to update reports and ensure timely service delivery, with occasional extended hours to restore services.

Qualifications

• Proven field service or on-site support experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Good English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow procedures and document service reports.
• Experience with SLA/KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical services meeting KPI/SLA targets.
• Attend customer sites within service timeframe and manage appointments.
• Diagnose faults, verify warranty, perform parts replacement.
• Use Dell Field Service Mobile to update visit notes and reports.
• Handle parts and packaging per PUDO and return processes.
• Maintain clear customer communication on status and next steps.
• Escalate incidents through proper channels.
• Follow procedures, safety and privacy requirements.
• Use appropriate safety practices and tools.
• Support extended hours or outage responses as needed.
