Meet Life Sciences Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and 2 IT support within a corporate environment onsite in Copenhagen.

The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining end-user devices, and delivering high-quality technical support to employees. Responsibilities include on-site installations, imaging and deployment of devices, onboarding and offboarding assistance, and incident management via an ITSM platform.

Competenze

• Hands-on desktop support experience.
• Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Experience with device deployment, imaging, configuration and lifecycle management.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID and user access management.
• Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, VPN, DNS).
• Experience using an ITSM/ticketing platform.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with IT teams.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for Windows and Mac devices.
• Install, configure, image, deploy, replace and maintain end-user devices.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and desk moves, software installations and device changes.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, authentication).
• Manage incidents via an ITSM platform with proper prioritisation and SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to Infrastructure/Network/Security teams and own resolution.
• Maintain IT asset records and manage stock of equipment and spare devices.
• Deliver high-quality support to senior stakeholders and priority users.
• Contribute to knowledge-base articles and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify issues and improve processes.
