Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience with L1/L2 troubleshooting.
• Experience in Windows and/or Linux administration.
• Willingness to undergo security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for airport security and identity solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents across applications, servers, operating systems, networks and infrastructure.
• Maintain system monitoring, incident/change management and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure high availability of security platforms.
