Job summary

Justt is seeking a Solution Engineer to own the full onboarding lifecycle for new customers, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Data and Ops. You will gather requirements, configure the platform, and ensure go-live with correct data and integrations.

You’ll guide customers through PSP connections, explain APIs, and translate flows into precise configurations to maximize case quality and recovery performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer onboarding or implementation roles in SaaS/payments.
• Proven project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Ability to learn product logic, domain knowledge, and APIs quickly.
• Basic SQL/data skills and data validation.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects with customers and internal teams.
• Explain APIs, data structures, and data enrichment options clearly.
• Translate business models into accurate product configurations.
• Monitor data accuracy and onboarding quality post-launch.
• Maintain expertise in chargebacks, evidence types, and configuration gaps.
