Job summary

Performativ is seeking a Solutions Engineer to accelerate win rates and onboarding for strategic clients in asset and wealth management across Europe. You will partner with sales to understand goals, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how our platform delivers measurable value.

From discovery to onboarding, you will lead demos, create proof-of-concepts, and translate complex requirements into ROI-focused designs while collaborating with product, engineering, and client success teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of asset & wealth management experience across solutions engineering, pre-sales, or client-facing product roles.
• Strong expertise in financial and portfolio reporting, performance measurement, risk metrics, and regulatory disclosures.
• Proven ability to influence buying decisions and contribute to revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, especially with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex technical and financial concepts into clear, value-driven client conversations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and API-driven solutions in financial services.
• Consultative approach to uncover needs, shape solutions, and build trust with clients.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales on high-value opportunities to understand client goals and priorities within asset and wealth management.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover business pain points related to portfolio analytics, performance measurement, regulatory reporting, and data quality.
• Design and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client use cases and decision criteria.
• Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle with relevant market knowledge and industry insight for senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex client requirements into solution designs that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact.
• Support onboarding by configuring dashboards, reporting structures, analytics, and workflows aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client success teams for a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
• Build strong relationships post-sale to support adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
