Justt is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to own the complete technical process from pre-sales to onboarding for clients. The role is London-based with a fast-paced, startup environment and a hybrid team structure.

You will lead technical sales activities, conduct product demos, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with Sales, Product, CS, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
• 2+ years in fintech or payments — a strong bonus.
• Deep understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their applications in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Technical Sales Processes, including demos and workshops for prospective clients.
• Oversee complete technical implementation and onboarding of Justt's solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, and engineering to translate client needs into technical tasks.
