Job summary

Eonnum is seeking a Technical Onboarding Engineer to lead customer onboarding by configuring tracking, APIs, and platform integrations. You will work directly with customer teams to understand their setup, connect Eonnum with existing platforms, configure tracking, and troubleshoot data flows from day one.

You will validate data, assist with data migration, and collaborate with the engineering team on complex integrations while creating clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, postbacks and tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, JSON, URLs and data flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical integrations independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding of new Eonnum customers.
• Configure tracking links, postbacks, APIs, and platform integrations.
• Understand customer infrastructure and recommend the best integration setup.
• Validate incoming data and troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues.
• Assist customers with data migration and initial account configuration.
• Work with the engineering team on complex integrations and technical issues.
• Create clear technical documentation and integration instructions.
• Ensure customers are technically ready before going live.
