Job summary

Performativ is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help win and onboard strategic clients in asset and wealth management. You will partner with sales to understand client goals, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how our platform drives measurable business value from discovery through onboarding.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, translate complex client requirements into solution designs with clear ROI, and support onboarding by configuring dashboards, reporting, and workflows with product,

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in asset and wealth management.
Experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales or client-facing product roles.
Strong expertise in financial and portfolio reporting, performance measurement and regulatory disclosures.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to understand client goals and priorities across asset and wealth management.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover business pain points related to portfolio analytics and data quality.
Design and deliver presentations, demos and proofs-of-concepts tailored to client use cases.
