Job summary

atNorth is seeking an experienced Customer Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of customer projects from contract signature through service activation. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with Sales, Design, Operations, Construction, Security, Network Engineering, and Customer Success to manage complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, customer implementation, or related roles.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects in data centers, IT infrastructure, or other complex technical environments.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Structured, proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from contract signature through service activation, delivery and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and project objectives.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Provide regular project updates, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and service activation activities.
• Ensure successful handover to operational and customer success teams following project completion.
