Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Denmark seeks an Onboarding Engineer to lead technical onboarding for customers within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will manage integrations and coordinate across onboarding, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure smooth go-lives.

The role blends hands-on engineering with project management, focusing on API integrations, data mapping, and configuration, while building scalable playbooks and documentation for future projects.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS onboarding or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, data integrations, and configuration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing onboarding projects end‑to‑end from kickoff to go‑live.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical setup of onboarding: API integrations, data mapping, CRM config, authentication.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues and data synchronization problems.
• Develop onboarding runbooks, integration guides, and repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and advocate product improvements.
• Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
• Define and monitor onboarding success metrics.
• Identify onboarding risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support onboarding communications on requirements and timelines.
• Mentor future onboarding engineers and establish scalable practices.
