Job summary

Relesys Platform in Copenhagen is offering a Client Onboarding Intern role to learn by helping new clients adopt our SaaS platform. You’ll run workshops, create onboarding content and assist users and admins before launch.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product and Development, plan timelines, maintain documentation and support content creation for new clients. This full-time internship starts February 2027 and aims for long-term collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Danish and English skills (verbal and written).
• Located in or near Copenhagen; internship is on-site.
• Full-time during internship.
• Studying towards a degree in communication, project management, or IT; ideally near graduation for long-term collaboration.
• Experience or interest in communication, customer care, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and run client workshops, including agendas and follow-up material.
• Create onboarding materials such as training guides, templates, and best-practice examples.
• Participate in client training sessions and help new users and admins get confident with the platform.
• Test and review client solutions before launch to ensure alignment with the setup and use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Development to share client insights and keep enablement material up to date.
• Coordinate timelines, resources and deliverables across Solution Excellence projects.
• Keep project documentation up to date.
• Support content creation and material for new clients.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and help create a positive experience for colleagues and clients.
