Job summary

Famly Aps is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead the technical onboarding of large customers onto our platform. You will coordinate with Key Account Managers, Product teams, and a small team of Builders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and alignment with Famly’s IT landscape.

You will help shape enterprise developments, participate in technical calls, and support the sales process for major accounts. The role reports to the CTO and embraces AI-driven workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large IT or SaaS onboarding projects.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into development tasks.
• Comfort discussing technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run implementation projects with large customers, including project and stakeholder management.
• Translate Enterprise requirements into manageable development projects aligned with product direction.
• Advise on Famly integration into customers' IT landscape; coordinate with Product teams on development for Enterprise onboarding.
• Lead a team of Builders focused on enterprise onboarding and related features.
• Interface with Key Account Managers and support sales during onboarding.
• Support strong cross-team collaboration to plan larger enterprise developments.
