Job summary

Returnflows is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to efficiently bring new customers live. You will map setups, plan implementations, and execute configurations across Shopify and logistics systems. You’ll train client teams, test rigorously, and act as the customer advocate internally.

The role blends technical work with strong communication, requiring structured project management across multiple onboarding projects, with hybrid work from Copenhagen and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce and understanding of Shopify platforms.
• Familiarity with warehouse (WMS) and transportation (TMS) systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding of own customers from contract to go-live.
• Map customer setup, systems and ways of working.
• Plan and drive implementation.
• Execute Returnflows setup, sometimes creatively.
• Test and ensure a stable go-live.
• Train customer teams and ensure a strong start.
• Be the customer voice internally when needed.
