You will work in a guest-focused environment, ensuring exceptional service from arrival to departure and supporting front desk and concierge teams to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering high standards of guest service from a similar industry.
• Often the first point of contact for our guests, you know the importance of making a welcoming and lasting impression.
• Proactive in addressing guest needs, building rapport, and resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring guest luggage and personal items are handled with care and respect.
• Knowledgeable about hotel operations and local attractions.
• Driver’s license is a must for handling valet parking duties and guest vehicle transportation.
• Organized and able to manage guest requests, inventories, and logistics while keeping the area clean and presentable.
• Able to work collaboratively with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Capable of training and mentoring new team members.
• This is an on-call position, meaning no hours are guaranteed.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bell desk, oversee luggage handling, and coordinate valet services.
