Job summary

You will manage the bell desk, handle luggage, provide valet parking, and assist with guest requests in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. A driver's license is required for valet and vehicle transport, and you will train new team members while collaborating with other hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering high standards of guest service from a similar industry.
• First point of contact for guests; creating a welcoming and lasting impression.
• Proactive in addressing guest needs, building rapport and resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail; handle luggage and personal items with care.
• Driver's license is required for valet parking and guest vehicle transportation.
• Organized and able to manage guest requests, inventories, and logistics with a clean, presentable area.
• Able to collaborate with front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Capable of training and mentoring new team members.
