Villa Copenhagen is seeking On-Call Bell Captains for Front of House in Copenhagen. You will greet guests, manage their luggage, and provide attentive valet service, ensuring a premium 5-star experience.

Qualifications

• Driver's license class B required.
• Fluency in English or one of the Scandinavian languages preferred.
• On-call hospitality experience is a plus, adaptable in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests inside and outside of the hotel.
• Manage guests' luggage with care and security.
• Provide valet parking and assist with car guidance.
• Maintain high visibility and serve guests at Courtyard area.
• Handle requests, concerns, and resolve complaints gracefully.
• Communicate effectively with team and other departments.
• Stay informed about Copenhagen activities and local dining options.
• Ensure actions align with Villa Copenhagen brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests inside and outside of the hotel
• Handling guests’ luggage, with great care
• Valet parking, including parking and retrieving guests’ cars and doing so with utmost caution and attention to detail
• Maintaining high visibility in the Courtyard
• Handling guests requests and concerns
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
• Ensuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments
• Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as open restaurants to recommend to guests
• Making sure all actions are in line with our brand values
