Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in product development and technical project management.
• Experience with stage-gate development and system engineering processes.
• Wind industry experience or large international company background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate market use cases and formalize product requirements.
• Ensure module-to-module alignment and tradeoffs.
• Direct the scope and technical delivery of product development initiatives.
• Conduct technical reviews at product level.
• Manage risks on product level and towards commercial projects.
• Ensure product level verification, validation and prototype management.
• Liaise with sales, procurement, manufacturing, transport, construction and service to support market launches.
