Qualifications

• Experience in contract and project management, including tendering processes.
• Experience in offshore wind or renewable energy is a plus.
• LEAN / Six Sigma training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input for sales bids, RFQs, and tenders.
• Develop standard tools, work instructions, and best practices.
• Ensure technical quality, HSE compliance, and risk mitigation during execution.
• Act as a key liaison between clients, sales, project, and site teams.
• Resolve technical issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
