Vestas is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and performance of core onshore wind product families. You will connect customer needs, market insights, and technology development to shape a compelling product roadmap and long-term business value.

Based in Aarhus or other primary locations, you will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams to drive competitive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy, electric utilities, industrial manufacturing, or other complex technology-driven industries.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, products, portfolios, or businesses with measurable commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of assigned product families, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and company objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and define initiatives that strengthen competitiveness, improve customer value, and drive profitable business outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the customer by translating market insights and operational challenges into clear product priorities and value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, and service to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.
• Drive informed decision-making priorities through robust business cases, performance tracking, and clear recommendations to senior leadership.
