Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience within renewable energy, energy technology, electrical infrastructure, industrial technology, or a similar technical industry.
• Experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, Business Development, Go-to-Market, Commercial Strategy, or a related function.
• Understanding of how complex technical products are developed, positioned, and commercialized in B2B environments.
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, grid integration, power systems, or adjacent energy sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market activities for new and updated Plant & Energy Solutions offerings
• Develop compelling customer-focused value propositions and product positioning strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and commercial readiness
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to align market needs with product development priorities
• Drive sales enablement by ensuring the availability of high-quality customer-facing materials, tools, training, and documentation
• Monitor launch progress, key milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment
• Continuously improve go-to-market processes and best practices across the product portfolio
