Qualifications

• Experience with Vestas wind turbine platforms (V80, V90, V112)
• 4–7 years in technical operations, maintenance or engineering
• Engineering discipline or hands‑on equivalent
• Good understanding of wind turbine systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, control) and fault finding
• Experience with SCADA, SAP PM or CMMS
• Strong English communication; able to explain technical concepts in international settings
• Willingness to travel occasionally to sites

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess and resolve technical requests from offshore wind sites using ticketing systems, data and documentation.
• Analyze recurring alarms, failure patterns and trends to identify platform issues and improvements in reliability and maintainability.
• Support remote troubleshooting using SCADA, alarms data, maintenance history and docs to guide site teams to practical solutions.
• Create and maintain standardised technical solutions, alarm guides and troubleshooting instructions.
• Collaborate with site ops, engineering, asset management, regional support, OEMs and suppliers for input at operational decisions.
• Contribute to future projects and contract discussions with operational lessons learned.
• Improve Technical Support processes, tools and documentation and share knowledge across the team.
